Ben Boswell Memorial Fund

Ben

The Wallowa Resources' family is saddened by the recent passing of Ben Boswell.  Ben was a teacher, coach, father, and served as Wallowa County Commissioner for nearly two decades.  He provided critical leadership through the 1990's when the County was impacted by mill closures and associated job losses.  This leadership extended to the creation and implementation of the Salmon Plan, the Natural Resource Advisory Committee (NRAC), and supported the formation of Wallowa Resources.

Please help us permanently preserve the East Moraine, its story and its future in Ben’s precious memory.  To learn more about Ben's lifelong work in Wallowa County and to donate, please click here.
