Wallowa Mountain Institute (WMI) is the education and outreach arm of Wallowa Resources. Our mission is to promote healthy lands and communities through knowledge and research. We believe that sustainable communities are built on healthy environments, thriving economies, and social equity. Our goal is to inspire people of all ages to connect hands-on with the rivers, mountains, wildlife, forests, and people of Wallowa County, in hopes of invoking a sense of stewardship for this amazing place.
