We bring innovative ideas to economic development around natural resources. When the mills shut down, we had to a find a new way of doing business. We have helped launch several new businesses and work in renewable energy, and small diameter logging. Today, fresh life and vitality is growing in rural communities. Our work has benefited Wallowa County by helping create 9 local businesses.

WR Community Solutions, Inc. is the for-profit subsidiary of Wallowa Resources. Having a for-profit subsidiary allows us to support businesses, create jobs, and partner on business ideas. We work to assist business owners to start, improve, and expand ventures. We also assist municipal entities and local government to evaluate options on renewable energy investments that will help reduce operating cost.
